Teaching People Teaching Dogs
Group
For those folk who teach in
class, we have just completed our 8th five-day course
for Teaching People Teaching Dogs. This is one of my
favourite courses but by Friday afternoon I always feel
a tad guilty that we have opened lots of doors to allow
a peek of the room inside but not wedged the door open
for long enough to allow a true "browse at your
leisure".
This group has been set up to
encourage browsing around lots of different topics and
encourage the continuation of exchanging of ideas.
Clicker folk are BRILLIANT at sharing their knowledge
and love to work together to spread the "changing
the world one click at a time" principle.
Clicker Gundog
Following the publication of
Clicker Gundog by Helen Phillips, this group has been
set up as an opportunity to discuss the strategies,
techniques and application of clicker training for
working, sport, competition and hobby gundogs.
The group is open to all types of
gun dogs, training in all types of field work - from
retrieve to hunt and point.
Genabacab Games Group
Since the first publication of
the Genabacab training games, clicker trainers across
the world have become fascinated in the strategies of
the games. This powerful tool makes us stretch our
learning and explore existing concepts.
